Refund policy

14 day returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. Therefore, Little ele accepts returns on full priced items within 14-days of receipt where the product(s) are new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags and labels/sanitary sticker intact. Sale items are ‘final sale’ items which means we they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchange

If you would like to exchange your product(s) for another colour, size or style please email us and we can hold the item you need until we receive your return product in the post. 

Faulty

In the event there is a fault with your product, firstly we want to apologise. We are happy to provide an exchange or a refund within 14-days of receipt. Please send an email to contact@littleele.com.au with a photo of the fault and we will be in contact regarding next steps. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns process

For all returns or exchanges please follow the below process

  1. Please print and fill in returns form here 
  2. Send the form to contact@littleele.com.au
  3. We will review your request and if the request meets the returns policy we will respond with instructions on how to send the product(s) back to Little ele. Please note that customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for exchanges.
  4. Post your product(s) and your original invoice that was in your original delivery. To ensure the package reaches us we recommend that you use a trackable service as Little ele is not responsible for any returns that are not received.
  5. Once we receive your return the product(s) will be reviewed and we will be in contact regarding your chosen form of return.
  6. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process with your financial institution.

    Credit notes will be issued to you by email as a unique online code to enter upon checkout. It will be active for 12 months from date of creation.

    Please note that any shipping charges will not be included in the refund or credit note amount.
